Last Sunday was Mothering Sunday here in the UK. The parish likes to bless and encourage the women in our congregations. So, as happens on each Mothering Sunday, each woman attending services on that day are given a bundle of daffodils. Since I love taking photos of flowers, I couldn't resist taking photos of this year's batch. I did "shoot" them on Sunday, because they were unopened. Now they are open, full of rich colour. A few of them are just beginning to open, which means I may take more photos tomorrow or Saturday.
